The Vivid Sydney 2023 theme, Vivid Sydney, Naturally comes to life at the Australian National Maritime Museum.
From May 26 until June 17 the museum will showcase the natural environment and creativity, inside, outside and day and night!
The museum’s Vivid Sydney 2023 program will see a specially commissioned projection and soundscape by creative leaders, harbour kayaking tours and wildlife photography all putting nature at the forefront of the discussion.
The HMAS Vampire, Australia’s largest museum object alongside the museum’s rooftop will be the canvas for a dazzling projection and sound display called Harbour Life during Vivid Sydney.
Come inside to witness nature at its finest captured by master photographers at the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition on daily from 10am to 4pm.

Finally, the museum announced its venue partner for REMIX Sydney 2023 on June 8 and 9 which will see Australia’s creative industries come together to hear some of the world’s most creative leaders.

- Wildlife Photographer of the Year reconnects with nature – Powerful wildlife photography focuses our attention on the beauty and fragility of the natural world.
- Sydney Harbour Kayaks will offer museum residents a special Vivid Sydney kayaking experience taking in the sights and sounds of Vivid Sydney 2023 from the water line from May 26 to June 17.
- REMIX Sydney Summit is an ideas program, where leaders from a range of creative industries will descend on the museum.
