TripADeal has appointed Nathaly Naughton as chief commercial officer.
Based in the Gold Coast, Naughton will lead the company’s commercial strategy across airline, cruise and land partnerships. Her remit includes product development, supplier partnerships, commercial negotiations and revenue strategy.
Naughton joins TripADeal from Webjet Group, where she served as chief growth officer from December 2024 to January 2026. In that role she was responsible for revenue growth, market expansion and customer acquisition, working closely with the executive leadership team.
Prior to Webjet, she was chief revenue officer at hospitality technology company Me&u between 2022 and 2024. There she led global technology expansion during a scale-up phase, overseeing B2B sales and customer success teams.
Her earlier roles include vice president of sales, branded network at Helloworld Travel between 2018 and 2021, and director of sales at Contiki Holidays from 2015 to 2018.
As chief commercial officer at TripADeal, Naughton will focus on driving revenue growth and market share across the company’s airline, cruise and land supplier partnerships.
