Nesuto is offering guests the chance to win one of five five-night stay vouchers that can be used at any Nesuto apartment or apartment hotel across Australia and New Zealand as part of its 5th anniversary celebration.

Guests and team members are invited to contribute to a digital time capsule that captures their favourite memories, photos, and stories related to staying and working at Nesuto Apartment Hotels. Memories can be shared to Nesuto’s social media channels where they will be collected and “opened” in another five years’ time on Nesuto’s 10th anniversary.

Daiwa Living Nesuto CEO Mark Ronfeldt said he was grateful for the team, guests and partners who have contributed to Nesuto’s success over the past five years.

“We owe our success and continued growth to our dedicated team, loyal guests, and valuable partners who have been with us over the last five years,” he said. “We will be using this special occasion to say thank you for all the support and are launching some exciting new initiatives to give back.

“We’re proud to play a role in and contribute to the success of Australia and New Zealand’s hospitality industry and are always looking for ways we can deliver more from the heart and embody our stay real philosophy. We look forward to the next five years of growth with our partners and creating many more stay real experiences for our guests, providing them with a home away from home.”

Nesuto’s achievements in Australia include the opening of two new-build properties – Nesuto Curtin, located within the visionary The Exchange precinct of Curtin University in Perth, and Nesuto Docklands in Melbourne, a $100m apartment hotel developed in partnership with real estate investment firm, AsheMorgan.

In New Zealand, Nesuto celebrated the $13m redevelopment of Nesuto Stadium Apartment Hotel in Auckland in partnership with Mulpha. This project increased room inventory by 50 per cent, offering a mix of 244 hotel rooms, studios and one and two-bedroom apartments. The refurbished lobby, high-speed Wi-Fi, and new bar and restaurant with indoor-outdoor dining have been well-received.

Award-winning developments

Awards received by Nesuto include the National Award for Masterplanned Development at the 2024 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards for Excellence for Nesuto Curtin, and AHICE Aotearoa Outstanding Team of The Year, which was awarded to the Nesuto Stadium Hotel and Apartments Auckland team for their work with the New Zealand Government on accommodating Afghan refugees.

Nesuto Parramatta, Nesuto Chippendale and Nesuto Stadium Hotel and Apartments have been honoured with TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards, ranking them among the top 10 per cent of hotels globally based on consistent, outstanding guest reviews.

Many of Nesuto’s properties and team members have also received industry recognition at the HM Awards, NSW TAA Awards for Excellence, and Women in Travel Awards.
