Hotel and serviced apartment operator Nesuto will open a new property in Perth before the end of the year as part of a $300 million redevelopment of the Curtin University campus.

Opening December 2021 (a little later than originally planned ), Nesuto Curtin Perth Hotel is located at The Exchange, Curtin University’s first industry-connected innovation precinct.

Set within the university grounds opposite Curtin Stadium and near Technology Park, Perth Hockey Stadium and the Optus Stadium, the property’s location makes it an ideal base for groups travelling for meetings, conferences, events and shows.

The hotel is conveniently situated 10 kilometres from Perth CBD and 50 meters from Curtin Central Bus Station.

The design of Nesuto Curtin favours open-plan living, and the property’s interior features fresh, modern and stylish accents with rich timber and brass influences.

The hotel features a dedicated function floor with an abundance of natural light, 60 spacious superior rooms and suites, a breakfast lounge, 24-hour reception and complimentary WiFi.

Nesuto Curtin has 50 hotel rooms, five of which are accessible rooms, with the option of an inter-connecting room.

There are five two-bedroom suites offering additional amenities such as two individual bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated lounge area, and a small kitchenette with a microwave.

Each of the guest rooms and suites feature a private outdoor balcony, with views of the lush university grounds.

The hotel has four flexible function areas: Bentley 1, Bentley 2, Bentley Grand and the Rooftop Deck.

The Bentley Grand can accommodate up to 100 guests in various seating styles, and can be divided into two separate rooms. Bentley 1 can accommodate up to 40 guests in a theatre-style seating arrangement, and Bentley 2 can have up to 75 guests.

The Rooftop Deck can accommodate up to 50 people utilising both the indoor and outdoor areas, and offers some pretty decent views.

Day delegate packages include additional amenities, such as AV equipment with a whiteboard projector and screen; a flipchart, lectern, and microphone; an event specialist on hand; a welcome gift; and a presenter toolkit, delegate service menu and notepads.

Karla Mia Lounge is open for breakfast daily to hotel guests, and can also be hired for private events during the day and evening, which can accommodate up to 25 guests. The bright and airy space is conveniently located on the same level as the Bentley rooms.
