Construction of the new serviced apartments, Civic Plaza in Chatswood will add extra dimension to Sydney’s entertainment destination The Concourse.

The new apartments located directly adjacent to The Concourse at 88 Archers Street, Chatswood will provide 212 luxury serviced apartments, function rooms, tavern and boutique retail over 11 stories.

Complementing the offering of The Concourse, the new apartments will provide conference delegates with an on-site accommodation option for conferences held at The Concourse.

The serviced apartments will also attract people attending live performances at The Concourse and general visitors to Chatswood.

Additionally, the property will increase the function offering of the site and see it host larger, multi-day conferences and events that require accommodation for their attendees.

Building work on the Civic Plaza is due for completion in the next 18 months.

The Concourse is a state-of-the-art entertainment and events precinct hosting concerts, seminars, weddings as well as educational, corporate and business events of all sizes. It was built as a combined arts and conference hub, and is a Willoughby City Council initiative managed by Century Venues.
