Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park and Four Points Sheraton Sydney Central Park have appointed Kate Leff as cluster director of marketing, effective February 2026.

Leff brings over 15 years of expertise in luxury hospitality and wellness marketing, having built iconic brands and driven strategic growth across renowned global destinations. Her impressive career includes leadership roles at Kamalaya, The Barai, and Revivo Wellness Resorts, where she specialised in brand storytelling, integrated campaigns, and global partnerships.

Most recently, she served as director of marketing at Sheraton Grand Mirage Port Douglas, where she elevated the brand’s positioning, led award-winning campaigns, and strengthened destination marketing through innovative collaborations. Her extensive experience in strategic planning, digital engagement, PR, and guest experience design are instrumental in shaping the marketing vision for both Sydney properties, reinforcing their status as premier destinations.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kate to our team,” Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park general manager David Lance said. “Her leadership, creativity, and deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market will be key in helping us continue to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. We look forward to the opportunities her expertise will bring to our hotel.”

“I’m excited to join the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park and Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park teams,” Leff said. “I’m looking forward to collaborating with the talented teams at both properties to further elevate the marketing strategies and experiences for our guests. Sydney is a dynamic city, and I am thrilled to contribute to the success of these iconic hotels.”

Leff’s appointment comes at a time of growth for both properties, as they continue to lead the way in luxury and premium hospitality experiences.
