Hilton South Wharf’s new meetings and event spaces are open for business following a five-month multi-million dollar renovation.

The new space offers city views for up to 300 guests, and features function rooms, an outdoor terrace and boardrooms across 450m² of event space.

“With the addition  of  our  new  Woodside  space  and  refurbished  boardrooms,  we  are extremely excited to now offer a completely new and bespoke meetings and events experience too,” Hilton Melbourne South Wharf, general manager, Craig Bonnor said.

The rooms open out on to a heated undercover terrace and a private pre-function area offers views into the semi-open kitchen and zoned break-out areas.

As one space, Woodside ballroom and terrace can host up to 300 guests for a cocktail event, 140 guests for a sit-down dinner and 220 guests for a theatre style event. Individually, the rooms can be setup in boardroom, classroom, theatre or u-shape styles.

One day delegate packages start at $99 per person, while half day delegate packages start at $85 per person and can also be tailored to include a sit-down lunch, a cooked to order pizza station and a healthy juice and smoothie bar.

Hilton Melbourne South Wharf is  the  only  hotel  on  South  Wharf  Promenade  and  with  direct  internal  access  to  the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
