Brisbane’s New Farm Travel has appointed experienced travel professional Kylie Goodwin as team leader.
Goodwin joins the New Farm team from Mackay, bringing a reputation for creating thoughtful, memorable journeys and a genuine passion for helping people experience the world in meaningful ways.
“One of the things I love most about being a travel advisor is being able to offer clients more than just a standard itinerary,” Goodwin said. “I love finding those special experiences that take people beyond the usual tourist path and help them truly connect with a destination.”
Goodwin and her family have made the move to Brisbane, embracing a fresh start and the opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
She said that joining the New Farm Travel team presented the perfect opportunity to challenge herself, experience a new environment and continue developing her career.
“I want to be a warm and approachable leader who listens, supports the team and celebrates the wins – both big and small,” Goodwin said.
“For me, a great team is one that works hard, supports each other, celebrates together and enjoys coming to work.”
New Farm Travel owner and manager Ingrid Hay said she was delighted to welcome Goodwin to the team.
“She brings a wealth of industry experience, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for travel. Kylie’s energy and passion are infectious, and she has already made a wonderful impression with both our clients and the team,” Hay said.
“We are excited to have her on board and look forward to seeing her bring her ability and enthusiasm to our clients’ travel experiences.”
