Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) have announced the debut of its new marketing solution, NCL Connect, in the Australia and New Zealand travel partner community.

The marketing solution offers a free co-branding platform with localised and customised content for agents to inspire their clients to sail with NCL. Agents can direct their clients to co-branded websites to explore all NCL sailings and real-time pricing while driving leads directly to their inbox. It is a tightly integrated tool where travel partners can effortlessly leverage pre-designed content experiences and easily distribute them to their clients.

NCL Connect is powered by Approach Guides technology, a leader in content optimisation platforms for the travel industry. The partnership with Approach Guides ensures the platform is best-in-class, innovative, and easy to use in order to elevate personal interactions between travel partners and clients.

The solution is also free to use, helping travel partners stay competitive in today’s market.

“As we remain committed to being the easiest cruise line to do business with, and as part of our longstanding Partners First philosophy, we are thrilled to be offering this exciting, new platform for our travel partners,” NCL APAC director of sales, strategy, and operations, Damian Borg, said.

“More than ever, trade partners want to create tailored and customised content, and NCL Connect is the ideal solution to enable them to create this in a fast and convenient way.”

Approach Guides founder and CMO, Jennifer Raezer, added: “The result of an ongoing collaboration with Norwegian Cruise Line, this launch is the critical first step in bringing the transformative power of NCL Connect to the global trade community. Agents in Australia and New Zealand are going to love how it supercharges their sales outreach.”
