Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled major renovations to its Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem vessels ahead of their upcoming Alaska, Europe and Asia seasons.
For both ships, Norwegian Cruise Line added a new adults-only Vibe Beach Club and enhanced their Thermal Suite.
The adults-only Vibe Beach Club offers expansive ocean views, a private full-service bar, an additional hot tub, over 50 premium lounge chairs and seven new private cabanas for guests to unwind
“Listening to our guests and delivering exceptional experiences across our fleet is at the heart of what we do,” Norwegian Cruise Line managing director of Asia-Pacific Ben Angell said. “These recent transformations bring some of our most beloved amenities to Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Gem, creating greater consistency across our fleet while giving guests more ways to personalise their holiday — from adults-only outdoor spaces to serene relaxation areas designed to help them unwind at sea.”
Thermal Suite amenities
While Norwegian Jade’s Thermal Suite exclusively has experiential showers and Norwegian Gem’s suite has a Thalassotherapy pool, both ships’ Thermal Suites include:
- A charcoal sauna
- An ice room
- A salt room
- An IV Lounge
- Four-Senses Loungers
Now through late summer 2026 and in summer 2027, Norwegian Jade offers a series of seven-day sailings from Vancouver, British Columbia and Whittier (Anchorage), Alaska with scenic cruising through the Inside Passage and glacier regions, as well as visits to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Icy Strait Point, Alaska. Norwegian Jade returns to Asia for the first time in seven years, sailing a collection of immersive voyages visiting some of the region’s most captivating destinations. The vessel will sail from Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul, with new ports including Brunei, Taiwan and the Philippines.
Norwegian Gem continues sailing seven-day Mediterranean and Greek Isles itineraries, visiting destinations including Cannes, Florence, Dubrovnik, Split and the Greek Islands.
