Norwegian Cruise Line is celebrating its highest ever number of NTIA nominations, with five honours across three categories: Most Popular Ocean Cruise Operators, Most Outstanding Sales Executive – Cruise, and Most Popular Reservations/Groups Team.

As a long-standing member of CLIA Australasia, these nominations represent a significant milestone in NCL’s ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and partnership within the travel industry and serve as a powerful endorsement of the brand’s team culture and dedication to delivering exceptional service.

The Peer nominated recognition also reflects the deep trust and respect NCL has earned across the industry.

Norwegian Cruise line NTIA nominations:

  • Most Popular Ocean Cruise Operator – for the fourth consecutive year
  • Most Popular Reservations/Groups Team – a new category and first-time nomination, recognising the local team’s outstanding service, knowledge and responsiveness under the leadership of Camilla Inwood, Director of Guest Services since 2017
  • Most Outstanding Sales Executive – Cruise – with nominations for three of NCL’s high-performing Business Development Managers:
    • Brad Hanna (SA, WA & NT)
    • Samantha Morgan (NSW South, ACT, VIC North)
    • Craig McLaurin (QLD South)

“These nominations are a testament to the strength of our entire team – from our Sydney-based Reservations centre and groups team to our recently expanded Field Sales and Partnership Relations teams and reflect our commitment to being the easiest cruise line to do business with,” Norwegian Cruise Line vice president and managing director APAC, Ben Angell, said.

“It’s incredibly rewarding to be recognised among so many deserving peers in such a competitive industry and I couldn’t be prouder.”

The recognition comes on the heels of a strong start to 2025 for NCL, with first-quarter bookings surpassing the same period last year. Demand remains robust across NCL’s global destinations, including close-to-home favourites in the South Pacific, Asia, and Australia-New Zealand, as well as further afield adventures in Europe, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Norwegian also credits its travel partners for playing a vital role in this success and extends its heartfelt thanks to its partners and team members for their continued support, expertise and dedication.
