Here’s a good place to start
Carnival Cruise Line have been calling Australia home for two of their ships, Carnival Spirit and Carnival Legend for years now. They are all about fun holidays at sea and ashore, inviting guests on board for stage shows, musical performances, deck parties, casinos and more.
Guests will also feel right at home with the Carnival’s comfy staterooms, service, casual and elegant dining, plus a variety of bars and gathering places indoors and out.
Carnival Spirit sails from Sydney year round, whilst Carnival Legend joins her over the summer months, as well as offering seasonal itineraries from Melbourne. Together they offer fun-filled itineraries to New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji and New Zealand.
Plus short break cruises around the Australian coast including Moreton Island, Tasmania and events such as the Melbourne Cup.
Their newest ship, Carnival Vista, debuted in 2016 while Carnival Horizon is scheduled to enter service in 2018.
Carnival Horizon will feature Dr. Seuss WaterWorks, a vibrant water park inspired by the whimsical world and words of the legendary children’s author. More family-fun features onboard include the bike-ride-in-the-sky attraction called SkyRide, an IMAX Theatre and the SportSquare outdoor recreation area with a suspended ropes course.
Carnival has three more ships on order to arrive by 2022, including two ships that will be powered by Liquefied Natural Gas under Carnival Corporation’s exclusive “green cruising” design.
