Roughly 200 passengers on board a Ryanair flight have been left stranded on the plane for more than six hours without any food, water or information due to a snowstorm.
The flight, which was due to fly to Madrid on Sunday, had to remain on the tarmac at Vaclav Havel Airport in the Czech Republic capital of Prague, while the snowstorm worsened.
According to media reports and social media posts, passengers went without water, food or any information from staff during the six-hour wait, with some suffering anxiety attacks, and others complaining that they had to endure a temperature of around minus-10 degrees Celsius on board.

Passengers were finally allowed to disembark the plane after more than six hours onto the snow-covered tarmac, before being moved to another flight the following day.
A statement issued by Ryanair on Monday morning said that snow at the Prague airport and slow de-icing services were to blame for the delay.
“One of our flights has been cancelled, as the crew went out of hours,” the statement said.
“All customers have been provided with hotel accommodation and the flight will operate tomorrow.
“We apologies to impacted customers and we are working hard to operate all flights as normal.”
However, it appears the same passengers suffered yet another delay the following day on their way to Madrid:
