In celebration of long summer nights, Pinky’s Rottnest Island hosted a special summer launch event to unveil a new seasonal menu and extended public dining hours.
Local industry leaders, island stakeholders, and resort guests gathered for the event, enjoying the iconic views over Pinky Beach. The event began with guests sipping the resort’s signature Pinky’s pink gin spritz, before taking in part in a special seafood masterclass to celebrate the launch of the new summer menu.
Throughout the afternoon, the seafood masterclasses showcased an impressive selection of Australian seafood, including shucking Smokey Bay Oysters, filleting Mawson Big Eyed Cod, preparing West Coast Octopus, and a cooking demonstration with Spencer Gulf King Prawns.
This celebration of sustainably caught Australian seafood emphasises Pinky’s Rottnest Island’s commitment to local flavours, with 50 per cent of the restaurant’s wine and beverage list sourced from WA producers.
Guests can book the new 9pm return ferry for a summer evening experience and receive 10 per cent off Pinky’s summer menu by presenting the exclusive discount card included with their ticket.
