Ponant Explorations has implemented a Serenity Policy that allows new bookings made by 30 April 2026 o be changed or postponed to a cruise within the same year or earlier free of charge.
Key conditions:
- Deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new booking
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to departure
- New departure must take place within the same year (or earlier, when applicable)
- The new cruise must be of equal or higher value than the original booking
- All rebooking’s remain subject to availability and prevailing pricing at the time of confirmation
