Ponant is launching an exclusive offer for Australian and New Zealand travellers, offering flight credits of up to $2500pp across 24 luxury polar expeditions in 2025/26.

Aussies and Kiwis will benefit from Ponant’s flight credit offer, when used towards international airfare (conditions apply) when booking their polar expedition and flights. The offer is valid until 30 June for new bookings and applies to more than 20 departures in 2025/26 including Antarctica and South Georgia itineraries, including the Ross Sea, Svalbard archipelago, Scottish Isles, Iceland and Greenland.

Ponant offers the option to sail to Antarctica’s Ross Sea directly in and out of Dunedin, New Zealand, on an expedition following in the footsteps of great polar explorers including Sir Ernest Shackleton. The itinerary also features stops at UNESCO World Heritage Site, Macquarie Island, a globally recognised wildlife sanctuary.

“As recognised industry leaders in these regions, our limited and exclusive flight credit offer underscores our dedication to making these extraordinary destinations more accessible and rewarding, strengthened by our back-to-back offers, allowing guests to immerse themselves in these remarkable environments for longer durations,” Ponant general manager sales and marketing Asia Pacific, Deb Corbett, said.

For extended adventures, Australia and New Zealand travellers can book the ultimate polar experience on one of Ponant’s Grand Voyages, back-to-back itineraries combining the best of the polar regions such as the Chilean Fjords, the Falklands and the Antarctic Peninsula, or the Scottish Isles, Norwegian Fjords and Svalbard Archipelago.

A saving of 10 per cent on the second and subsequent leg of these Grand Voyages is offered at the time of booking. Guests who book with Ponant are also encouraged to book as early as possible to benefit from up to 30% off the brochure fare in addition to these limited offers. Conditions apply.

Ponant offers other Antarctica and Arctic adventures that depart from ports such as Ushuaia, Argentina or Reykjavik, Iceland or Longyearbyen, Svalbard, with included connecting flights, airport transfers and overnight stays for smooth travels.
