Princess Cruises has refreshed its Princess Academy training program, introducing updated learning modules and a new four-tier ranking structure to support advisors in building deeper product knowledge and growing sales expertise.

The Princess Academy now includes 25 modules in total, comprising 12 required courses, 12 elective courses and a final exam. Topics span Princess Cruises’ global destinations, fare options, onboard experiences and sales tools, alongside specialist training across regions including Asia, the Mediterranean, Alaska, Japan, Europe, and Australia & New Zealand.

Required learning modules include key product areas such as the Princess Fleet, MedallionClass, Sanctuary Collection, cruise fare options and “What’s New & Next” updates. Elective modules allow advisors to tailor their learning across additional destinations and specialist segments including families, first-time cruisers, Panama Canal, South America & Antarctica and Land & Sea Holidays.

Upon completion, advisors progress through four recognition tiers: First Officer, Staff Captain, Captain, and Commodore. Agents who reach Commodore status are eligible for a Graduation Cruise and ongoing Elite-style benefits when meeting annual sales and refresher requirements.

To celebrate the relaunch, Princess Cruises has also introduced a new trade incentive campaign, “Earn Your Stripes & Win”, running up until 15 August 2026.

During the promotional period, travel advisors who register and achieve a Princess Academy rank will go into the draw to win a range of prizes.
