Princess Cruises has refreshed its website for Australian and New Zealand travel agents, making it easier to get the best deal for their customers.

OneSource has been redesigned to make navigation more seamless, enabling travel agent partners to find information on the brand and manage bookings quickly and easily.

Nick Ferguson, Princess Cruises senior director of marketing, sales and customer service said the launch of the improved website is part of the cruise line’s commitment to building and enhancing its relationships with Australian and New Zealand travel agents.

“Our new and refreshed website was thoughtfully designed to make it even easier for Aussie and Kiwi travel agents to engage with Princess Cruises,” he said.

“We have spent many hours developing new features and improving the site’s functionality, and we are excited for our travel agents to experience it.”

Travel agents can expect to see the same much-loved features, including Ask Isaac, the chat function that allows agents to speak directly to the cruise line’s reservation team, through the all-new home page.

Other improved features that are more easily accessible include the learning modules for new agents, new Princess Plus flyers which outline how agents can double their commission and the latest cruise news and information, which is displayed on an easy-to-read banner.

The home page also allows travel agents to immediately see current Princess Cruises campaigns.
