Quest Apartment Hotels has started construction on its new 87-room property in Elizabeth, in Adelaide,which will open in March 2028.
Quest Elizabeth sits on corner of Main North Road and Prince Charles Street and will comprise standalone studios and two-bedroom twin-key apartments.
The property will include three DDA-compliant guest rooms in response to growing demand for accessible accommodation, alongside The Pantry café, conference facilities and a gym. It is walking distance from Elizabeth Shopping Centre, providing convenient access to a cinema, dining, retail and everyday amenities. Quest Elizabeth is also close to the Edinburgh Defence Precinct, RAAF Base Edinburgh and Edinburgh Parks.
Quest is developing the property to support Adelaide’s growing northern economic corridor, where investment across defence, advanced manufacturing, logistics, education, health and business continues to drive demand for high-quality accommodation.

Emmett developed, built and owns Quest Elizabeth, while Matthews Architects is leading the architecture and interior design.
