Raffles Sentosa Singapore has a new wellness sanctuary where nature, heritage, and holistic healing come together to offer deeply restorative experiences for mind, body, and soul.

Nestled within 100,000sqm of lush tropical greenery, Raffles Sentosa Spa is housed in a restored heritage building, which has been conferred the Urban Redevelopment Authority Architectural Heritage Award.

Honouring its past while embracing modern wellness, the landmark formerly part of the British military barracks is now the heart of the resort’s wellbeing philosophy: a place where nature, space, and time are abundant, allowing guests to disconnect from the city and reconnect with themselves.

Guests are invited to step away from the pace of daily life, to savour long conversations over tea, relax in a sauna, or simply be still beneath the shade of a banyan tree. With wellness sessions such as yoga and soundbath experiences, the spa fosters a tranquil rhythm that helps guests unwind and restore body and mind, in harmony with nature.

Wellness guided by the longevity compass

Wellbeing at Raffles Sentosa Spa is never one-size-fits-all. Under the guidance of the resort’s director of wellness and dedicated wellbeing butler, each guest’s journey begins with an in-depth consultation that aligns treatments, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness with individual needs and goals.

“True wellbeing is not about quick fixes or trends,” Raffles Sentosa Singapore and Sofitel Singapore Sentosa cluster general manager Cavaliere Giovanni Viterale said.

“It’s about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves, through nature, through stillness, and through deeply personalised care. At Raffles Sentosa Spa, we’re here to guide that journey with empathy and intention.”

This tailored approach is shaped by the Longevity Compass, the spa’s signature wellbeing framework built on four essential pillars:

  • Movement
  • Nourishment
  • Restorative Wellness
  • Connection

From this foundation emerges five signature programmes:

  • Reviva: Detox and renew through cleansing rituals, salt scrubs, and circulation-boosting massages.
  • Serenova: Cultivate inner peace with calming treatments, breathwork, and holistic aromatherapy.
  • Vigora: Build strength and energy through invigorating massages and performance-focused therapies.
  • Vitara: Support longevity and cellular renewal with anti-ageing facials and body rituals.
  • Luminara: Awaken emotional and spiritual wellness with immersive signature journeys for couples or families.

Each programme is rooted in a blend of ancient healing traditions and modern science, offering an intuitive path to lasting wellbeing.

World-class facilities for total wellbeing

Designed to inspire both movement and stillness, Raffles Sentosa Spa’s facilities span indoor and outdoor environments, each thoughtfully crafted to nurture holistic wellness and beauty.

Beyond 12 private treatment rooms, hydrotherapy circuits, and tranquil gardens, the spa introduces HAAR @ Raffles Sentosa Spa, a full-service hair and scalp care salon that adds a new dimension to the wellbeing journey.

Short for Hair Anti-Ageing Research, HAAR combines advanced German biotechnology with clean, vegan formulations to rejuvenate the scalp, revitalise hair, and restore inner balance. Its bespoke services, from age-defying scalp therapies and precision cuts to elegant styling for dinners, weddings, and special occasions, allow guests to emerge refreshed, radiant, and ready to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

The spa’s other facilities include:

  • Two pools with waterfall features
  • Lap Pool
  • Mud Pool
  • Outdoor Whirlpool
  • Indoor Hot & Cold Pools, for contrast therapy and recovery
  • Steam Room
  • State-of-the-Art Fitness Centre

Le Jardin: a celebration of nature and nourishment

Completing the holistic experience, Le Jardin extends the spa’s philosophy of mindful living into the realm of nourishment, where wellbeing is savoured through nature’s freshest flavours. Led by cluster director of culinary Chef Alexander Bjoern, the restaurant’s protein- and plant-based menu celebrates the bounty of the earth without compromising on flavour. Each dish is an ode to freshness, crafted with local produce – from heirloom tomatoes and earthy beetroot to silken tofu and hand-picked herbs.

At Le Jardin, guests are invited to savour nature’s purest expression of luxury, one that celebrates land, the season, and the mindful joy of eating well.

Exclusive brand collaborations

Raffles Sentosa Spa partners with world-renowned wellness brands to deliver an experience that goes beyond traditional spa offerings:

  • Maison 21G has crafted four bespoke massage oils inspired by the spa’s signature programmes: Reviva, Serenova, Vigora, and Vitara. Made with sustainably sourced, high-quality ingredients, each oil enhances body treatments with targeted therapeutic benefits.
  • Dr. Burgener Switzerland brings advanced skincare innovation to every facial and body ritual. Founded by Dr. Pauline Burgener, the brand is known for combining clinical research and powerful natural ingredients, offering visibly effective results tailored to each guest.
  • Camellia’s Tea, in partnership with co-founder Lubna Madan and the team at Raffles Sentosa Spa, presents four exclusive blends designed to complement the spa’s wellness journey. Each infusion, from detoxifying Reviva to rejuvenating Vitara, nourishes both body and mind.

Together, these collaborations create holistic rituals that restore, elevate and reconnect guests to their most vital selves.

Access, memberships, and day retreats

Whether seeking a one-day escape or an ongoing commitment to wellbeing, Raffles Sentosa Spa offers flexible access options:

  • Spa Day Passes (from AU$100/NZ$120) for non-residents offer access to hydrotherapy pools, wellness classes, curated events, and dining credit at Le Jardin.
  • Resort guests enjoy complimentary wellness sessions and preferential rates on spa treatments.

With its award-winning architecture, serene island setting, and deeply personalised wellness philosophy, Raffles Sentosa Spa redefines what a modern spa retreat can be. It is a sanctuary where serenity meets vitality, honouring heritage, embracing nature, and empowering each guest to thrive in body, mind and spirit.
