Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is counting down the weeks until the all-new Norwegian Spirit hits Sydney on 21 December 2022.

To celebrate the line has released incredible value deals so Aussies and Kiwis can #CruiseNCL right from their doorstep.

Plus, a selection of eight all-new 2023 South Pacific itineraries have just been released to entice travellers to the island paradise destinations of French Polynesia and Hawaii.

A completely reimagined ship following her extensive bow-to-stern USD$100 million ($150 million) renovation – the most expensive refurbishment in NCL’s history – Norwegian Spirit’s arrival on 21 December 2022 also marks NCL’s long-awaited return to Australian waters after nearly three years.

Travellers planning a summer escape will receive incredible value on Norwegian Spirit’s Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific voyages. For a limited time, the second guest sails FREE, plus both guests enjoy NCL’s Free at Sea bonus offers – including a free beverage package, free wi-fi package, shore excursions credit and a free specialty dining package*.

“We’re so excited the wait is almost over!” said Ben Angell, NCL’s regional vice president and managing director.

“With just three weeks until Norwegian Spirit sails into spectacular Sydney Harbour we are counting down until local cruise fans can experience this totally transformed ship from their very own doorstep.

“And with fantastic new offers designed to allow our Australia and New Zealand cruisers to sail with more included, there’s never been a better way to explore the wonders of our own backyard than aboard Norwegian Spirit.”

Brand new itineraries in the South Pacific

NCL has just released eight brand-new spectacular South Pacific itineraries aboard Norwegian Spirit sailing from September 2023, including a selection of open-jaw sailings between Honolulu, Hawaii and Papeete, Tahiti, each visiting a range of idyllic Hawaiian and French Polynesian destinations where guests can discover the cultural traditions, cuisine, craft and music of the local people.

Natural wonders in Australia and New Zealand

For her debut season Down Under, Norwegian Spirit will sail a selection of 12-day open-jaw sailings between dual home ports of Sydney and Auckland, visiting a variety of regional and metropolitan destinations such as Hobart, Burnie, Melbourne and Eden in Australia, as well as Napier, Tauranga, Wellington and Akaroa in New Zealand.
