Reef Unlimited has announced the promotion of Leigh Brown to head of sales alongside the appointment of Gaby Percy as international sales executive.
Since joining the company, Brown has made a strong contribution to the business, driving sales performance, building trade partnerships and delivering results across key markets.
With 18 months’ experience under his belt at Reef Unlimited already, Brown’s previous roles at Down Under Tours, Mossman Cultural Centre and Quicksilver Reef Cruises have also strengthened his understanding of adventure tourism sales in Tropical North Queensland.
Percy brings to the role a strong background in building trade partnerships, delivering product training and executing sales initiatives.
Her most recent position as sales manager ANZ at Coral Expeditions saw her lead sales activity across the region, maintain key trade relationships and manage national training programs, roadshows and events, positioning her well to expand Reef Unlimited’s international scope.
“Leigh’s promotion recognises his outstanding contribution and leadership within our business, while Gaby’s appointment brings valuable experience and fresh energy to our international sales efforts. Together, they strengthen our ability to grow and connect with trade partners globally,” Experience Co. chief commercial officer, Fiona Stillwell said.
Reef Unlimited manages a selection of eco-tourism and adventure experiences across Cairns, Port Douglas and Cape Tribulation.
A key part of the Experience Co. portfolio, the company operates the Great Barrier Reef’s leading tourism and marine science pontoon, Reef Magic, and the Indigenous-led Dreamtime Dive and Snorkel.
Reef Magic has recently launched ‘Two Island Tours’ to Green Island and Fitzroy Island off the coast of Cairns.
