Secrets of the Southern Table arrives mid-May by the culinary team from MICHELIN Green Starred Jaras. From 13 to 15 May at Rice Market, special a la carte selections explore Thai and Vietnamese flavours, while 16 and 17 May at Oku showcase a six-course four-hands tasting menu.
