Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) received the title Asia’s Leading Cabin Crew 2026 at the World Travel Awards Asia, Oceania & Indian Ocean Gala Ceremony 2026, held at Crossroads Maldives on 27 September 2026.
The latest recognition marks the airline’s fifth Asia’s Leading Cabin Crew title since 2020 and reaffirms the airline’s commitment to delivering heartfelt Bruneian hospitality to guests around the world.
“We are deeply honoured to receive this recognition once again,” Royal Brunei Airlines interim chief executive officer Norsuriati binti Haji Sharbini said. “In an industry as competitive and dynamic as aviation, consistently delivering exceptional service is never a one-time achievement.”
The ceremony brings together leading travel and tourism organisations from across Asia, Oceania and the Indian Ocean region to celebrate excellence within the industry.
The World Travel Awards celebrate organisations that consistently deliver outstanding service and customer experiences. Travel professionals, industry leaders, and travellers worldwide cast votes to determine the winners.
“Sustaining high service standards over time is not easy and would not be possible without the commitment of our cabin crew, the guidance of our leadership team, and the support of colleagues across the business who work tirelessly to deliver a seamless experience for our guests,” Sharbini added.
Aside from the latest World Travel Awards achievement, Royal Brunei Airlines has also won multiple other regional and global cabin crew accolades in recent years.
