Scenic Group has revealed its new Scenic Ikon-led 2028 and 2029 Europe, Mediterranean and Americas Discovery Yacht collection that includes new destinations, smaller ports and elevated inclusions.
Scenic Ikon will join Scenic Eclipse and Scenic Eclipse II in April 2028, bumping up the Scenic Discovery Yacht fleet to three and creating greater choice across ocean and land voyages. Scenic Ikon’s inaugural season will focus on the Eastern Mediterranean, Adriatic and Aegean, combining iconic coastlines with boutique islands, smaller harbours and lesser-visited destinations.
The collection introduces a wide range of itineraries and destinations across the Eastern Mediterranean, Adriatic, Aegean, Atlantic and West Africa, including new land journeys in Italy, Malta, Turkey and Greece. Scenic Ikon introduces new locations including the Greek islands, with Naxos, Milos, Paros and Hydra, alongside Adriatic ports such as Kotor, Dubrovnik and Zadar. The collection also introduces calls in Istanbul, an overnight experience in Egypt featuring the Pyramids of Giza, and voyages through the Dardanelles with opportunities to explore Troy and ANZAC Cove.
Scenic Group has designed Scenic Ikon and the two Scenic Eclipse yachts to access smaller harbours and remote locations that are often beyond the reach of larger cruise ships, bringing guests closer to the heart of each destination.
The company also designed new itineraries across Italy, Malta, Turkey and Greece to connect ocean to land with selected Scenic Discovery Yacht voyages, allowing guests to combine coastlines, cities and inland regions in one smooth journey.
“The handcrafted land journeys have been designed to align pre or post a Scenic Discovery Yachts voyage, so guests can link storied coastlines, cities and inland regions into one continuous experience, enjoying the ease of a single, seamlessly curated journey, all delivered by Scenic,” Scenic Group Director Land Product Angus Crichton said.
Guests booking any suite with the Super Earlybird offer on selected voyages departing between April 2027 and April 2029, will also receive a complimentary 20-minute helicopter flightseeing experience in Europe, the Mediterranean and the Americas.
Scenic Group unveiled Scenic Ikon late last year.
