Six Senses Fiji is expanding its collection of private luxury residences, adding two new homes as demand grows for private escapes and multigenerational travel.
Residence 47, a five-bedroom beachfront pool residence, joins the collection from 1 August 2026. Residence 3, a four-bedroom oceanview pool residence, follows from 21 November 2026. The additions cement Six Senses Fiji’s position as home to Fiji’s largest portfolio of luxury resort residences.
Each residence gives guests the privacy of a standalone home while granting full access to the resort’s wellness experiences, restaurants, watersports and sustainability programs. Every residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, a private swimming pool, a dedicated Guest Experience Maker (GEM) and a complimentary nanny for up to eight hours a day.
The resort also offers 24 villas, each with a private pool and 110–150 square metres of indoor–outdoor living space, suited to honeymooners, couples and families seeking a more intimate stay.
Residence 47 and Residence 3
Available from 1 August 2026, Residence 47 sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, making it well suited to extended families and groups. The residence sits directly on the beachfront and pairs contemporary island architecture with curated interiors and expansive entertaining spaces.
Available from 21 November 2026, Residence 3 sits among landscaped tropical gardens with sweeping South Pacific views. The four-bedroom residence sleeps up to eight guests and centres its open-plan living areas around a dramatic curved infinity pool.
Six Senses has designed both residences with sustainability front of mind, drawing on natural materials, energy-efficient systems and local craftsmanship that celebrate Fijian culture. The new residences sit in harmony with the resort’s existing masterplan, blending clean contemporary architecture with richly textured Fijian interiors.
