Regenerative travel agency, Slojourn Studio, has appointed Fiona Cogar as Director of Sales, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to deepen trade engagement across key source markets.
Cogar joins Slojourn Studio with more than two decades of experience across luxury travel sales and destination representation. Most recently, she led Australia and New Zealand sales at Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group for the global Akorn DMCs and Sanctuary Retreats portfolio. Her career has been shaped by deep product knowledge, long-standing trade relationships, and a clear understanding of how complex destinations are best positioned and sold.
In her new capacity as director of sales, Fiona will oversee the overall direction and execution of the sales strategy across Slojourn Studio’s international portfolio in Greece, the Maldives, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Her focus will be on ensuring each brand is understood in context, not just promoted, and represented in a way that reflects its ethos, experience, and long-term value.
Sales at Slojourn Studio is not a standalone function. It sits alongside brand strategy, PR, and storytelling, all working symbiotically with each other across every client. Fiona will collaborate closely with the studio’s marketing and PR teams to ensure every partner is represented with clarity, intention, and commercial integrity.
Operations director Narelle Langton says, “Fiona brings a depth of experience and a way of working that feels completely aligned with how we operate as a studio. She understands the importance of relationships, storytelling, and representing brands with integrity. We’re thrilled to have her on board.”
Cogar’s appointment reflects Slojourn Studio’s continued commitment to keeping travel sales human, considered, and deeply connected to the brands and people it represents.
