Solomon Airlines has stated its Airbus A320 will now return to full service on April 30.
The A320 is currently undergoing a scheduled annual maintenance in Manila in the Philippines, pushing back the original scheduled return to service.
The delay was due to parts deemed necessary for the aircraft’s engines being sourced from Germany and Singapore, the airline’s GM of operations and commercial, Gus Kraus said.
Solomon Airlines will continue to operate the chartered Nauru Airlines Boeing B737-300.
