Hotel management group StayWell Holdings has announced the appointment of Trent Pigram as its global marketing manager.
Pigram (pictured above) brings with him extensive marketing and digital marketing experience, having previously worked with major brands such as Sofitel and Meriton.
His experience includes leading the development of Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s content creation and amplification strategy, as well as creating and implementing a multi-channel social media strategy.
In his new role, Pigram will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and digital performance for all StayWell brands.
StayWell’s global director of revenue generation, Fiona Godfrey, said: “We are excited to welcome Trent to StayWell.
“His enthusiasm for the hotel industry is evident, and we are confident that his experience and drive will help StayWell to continue to achieve great things.”
StayWell has also expanded its partnership with hospitality platform Revinate, in order to upgrade the group’s customer satisfaction platform and experience.
StayWell has worked with Revinate since 2014, using its Guest Feedback product.
Godfrey said using the expanded Revinate platform will allow StayWell to build and scale a digital guest journey that demonstrates a detailed understanding of each guest’s preference.
“Customer satisfaction has always been key for us, and its importance in a pandemic and post-pandemic travel environment cannot be underestimated,” she said.
“We want to capture exactly what our guests are feeling so that we can meet – and exceed – those expectations. Revinate’s GDP solution means that we are able to do just that.”
Dylan Cole, managing director for the Asia Pacific at Revinate, said: “Like many of our long-term partners, StayWell is now trusting us to advance their guest data and communications with our GDP solution.
“We are honoured to see the partnership grow and look forward to seeing StayWell deliver top of the line guest experiences as the industry rebounds.”
