US-based tour operator Tauck is continuing its Aussie focus, growing its dedicated, locally-based team and hosting a series of events across the country.

The luxury operator is once again offering its range of land journeys, small ship cruises, rivers cruises, family adventures and small group tours to the Australian market.

David Clark (pictured in featured image), Tauck’s regional managing director, said the operator has brought back nearly all of its itineraries.

“As our ability to travel more freely is quickly returning, we are delighted to be operating nearly all of our tours and cruises around the globe, once again, positioning us for a robust recovery in 2022/23,” Clark said.

“We continue our strong commitment to Australian travellers and travel partners, by offering our wide range of exclusive tours.

“As a 97-year-old family-owned, world-leading tour operator, our itineraries offer truly unique access to
destinations and attractions. This unparalleled, exclusive access is only possible to create due to Tauck’s long-established history.”

Last week, Tauck celebrated 25 consecutive years of featuring in Travel + Leisure’s coveted World Best lists,  retaining its number two spot in river cruising and also featured on the Top Tour Operators’ list.

“We believe that when you travel with us, it should be effortless. It should transform, re-energise and go beyond the ordinary,” Clark continued.

“As we further elevate our presence and enhance our growth here, Australian travellers can look forward to Tauck’s unforgettable travel experiences.

“We’re incredibly excited to continue to showcase our portfolio of tours and cruises to Australians. Our values and vision remain true: always ‘do the right thing’. We deliver more than what’s expected.”

Tauck recently invited its travel agency partners to three exclusive events: two breakfast events in Sydney and Melbourne on 20 and 22 July, respectively; and one cocktail reception in Brisbane on 20 July.

Agents have been catching up with Steve Spivak, vice president global sales; David Clark, managing director Australia; and Helen Eves, national account manager in Australia, learning all about Tauck’s product offering.
