The best pics from the TravelManagers annual conference

The 2017 annual TravelManagers conference was held in Darwin late last week and over the weekend, and Travel Weekly was on the ground for all the action.

Starting with an afternoon of laughs and amazing speakers on Thursday afternoon, the three-day event only got better.

Numerous Personal Travel Managers got up on stage to share their success stories, in between giveaway games of ‘Money or the Suitcase’ and impressive evening events, with the theme of ‘ONE’ permeating every part of the conference.

Thursday saw the agents gather at Mindil Markets on the Fannie Bay beach, exploring fantastic dining options and enjoying a gorgeous sunset, while Friday’s night event was held at Pee Wees, with live music and some special guests including a crocodile and a snake.

The event culminated at the glamorous gala dinner under the stars at Sky City casino, with stunning table settings, flowing drinks and an incredible award ceremony (which you can catch up on here), not to mention a dance floor and afterparty worthy of A-list celebrities.

Oh and no big deal, but the bosses even organised a few fireworks to end the ceremony. Ok, fine it was bloody exciting!
