The great thing about my job is… Every day is completely different at SRC, as we work to bring event producer’s creative ideas to life.
The challenge for the industry is… Taking the time to do things properly and managing client expectations.
My greatest achievement is… Staying in business for 30 years.
The biggest thing in MICE this year will be… I would like it to be where really new and creative ideas come to the fore, instead of slavish trend following.
I try to relax by… Riding my bicycle and spending time with family.

My favourite venue/destination is… The Hermitage in St Petersburg.
I’ve always wanted to travel to… South America.
I am scared to death of… Failure.

If I could invite four people to a dinner party, they’d be… Barack Obama, Jamie Oliver, Jeff Tweedy and Annie Leibovitz.
For anyone starting out in the industry, one piece of advice I’d give would be… Be highly organised with great attention to detail.
