Millennial-focused travel Instagram account @earth, has revealed their top ten trending travel destinations.
And while we wish we could tell you first-hand how amazing all these destinations are, we’re too valuable in the office to take the time off to visit them.
Or maybe it was just because our boss declined our request for 6 months leave.
The account, which has over one million followers, collated the list using an algorithm based on a survey of over 100,000 of their followers, as well as Instagram geotags of the 100 most highly-followed travel influencers.
The survey distributed to their followers consisted of one question: “If you could go anywhere on earth, where would it be?”
As per Lonely Planet, @earth founder Andy McCune hopes to encourage people to explore the world through his account.
“We’re always curating the most intriguing international destinations on Earth to encourage social media scrollers to explore the world they live in whether they want to take a spontaneous weekend trip or plan a winter getaway,” he said.
