Qantas has announced a 24 hour flash sale on flights to and from Sydney and Melbourne to help fans get to NRL and AFL Grand Final weekend.
Sale fares include $139 one way flights between Sydney and Melbourne, Brisbane to Melbourne from $175 one way, Brisbane to Sydney from $139 one way and Auckland to Sydney from NZD $249 (AUD $229) one way.
Sale fares are also on offer from other cities into Melbourne and Sydney on the same weekend, such as Adelaide to Melbourne from $129 one way.
The sale will apply on flights to Sydney between 28 September – 1 October and out of Sydney between 2 – 4 October.
In Melbourne, sales apply for flights to Melbourne between 28 – 30 September and out of Melbourne on 30 – 4 October.
The sale will run for 24 hours from 10 am today, 19 September 2023.
Qantas will also waive the standard flight change fee for one flight change, meaning if a fans team doesn’t make the big day, they will be able to put the fare towards a any other flight in the next 12 months (fare difference may apply.
