Tourism Whitsundays is taking the destination on the road this June, with a three-city East Coast Roadshow bringing the best of the Whitsundays directly to travel agents and trade partners in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

The Whitsundays East Coast Roadshow will bring together Tourism Whitsundays and 14 leading operators for an evening of product updates, destination news and networking. Operators cover everything from island and mainland accommodation to day tours, water experiences and transport, giving trade partners the opportunity to hear directly from the people and experiences they sell.

Guests can also be in the running to win an iconic Whitsundays holiday.

The events are open to travel agents, product managers and trade partners and will be held:

  • Brisbane – Monday 8 June, 5pm–8pm | Lina Rooftop, 74/80 Tribune Street, South Brisbane
  • Sydney – Tuesday 9 June, 5pm–8pm | Ivy Sunroom by Merivale, 330 George Street, Sydney
  • Melbourne – Wednesday 10 June, 5pm–8pm | Boatbuilders Yard, The Decks, 23 South Wharf Promenade, South Wharf

Attending Operators: Mirage Whitsundays, BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort, Palm Bay Resort, Cruise Whitsundays, Viper Whitsunday, Thundercat by Red Cat Adventures, Heart of Reef Shuttles, Hamilton Island, Daydream Island Resort and Living Reef, Ocean Rafting Whitsundays, InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef, Scamper Island Camping, Whitsunday Jet Ski Tours & at Water’s Edge Resort.

“The Whitsundays is one of Australia’s most naturally iconic destinations, and we want every travel agent and trade partner selling it to feel that firsthand,” Tourism Whitsundays CEO Tim Booth said.

“The Roadshow is our opportunity to bring the destination to life, share what’s new, and give our trade partners the confidence and tools to sell the Whitsundays to every client who’s ready for something extraordinary.”

The 2026 Roadshow is proudly supported by Hamilton Island, Palm Bay Resort and Whitsunday Coast Airport. RSVPs are essential.
