PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri has expanded its network in the first half of 2025, adding two new international routes from Bali to Perth and Bali to Guangzhou.
The airline will also increase Jakarta to Singapore flights from two to three daily services during July to accommodate Indonesia’s school holiday travel. The extra flight, 8B 155, departs Jakarta at 6.30pm and arrives in Singapore at 9.15pm. The return flight, 8B 156, leaves Singapore at 10.05pm and lands in Jakarta at 10.55pm.
“Changi Airport is a world class airport with stringent requirements. The fact that TransNusa has managed to obtain all necessary approvals for an additional scheduled flight in such a short timeframe, reflects the importance and commitment we have towards safety, security, maintenance and aircraft performance measures,” CEO Datuk Bernard Francis said.
Existing flights will continue as scheduled.
Domestically, TransNusa will raise Jakarta to Singkawang flights from four to seven weekly. The flight departs Jakarta at 11.45am and arrives in Singkawang at 1.25pm. The return flight leaves Singkawang at 2.10pm, arriving in Jakarta at 3.50pm.
Francis said the expansions respond to passenger demand and travel trends. He highlighted the airline’s focus on safety and efficiency in securing approvals for new services.
Since relaunching as a premium carrier in 2022, TransNusa has grown quickly and plans further network expansion in the second half of 2025.
