At the time, the Australian borders were closed, the industry was decimated, and the industry was ready to get back to doing what it loved.

- Added over 160 specialist criteria for travellers to filter and find their match
- Facilitated thousands of connections between travellers, agents, and suppliers
- Grown a monthly reach of over 60,000 through social media and email marketing
- Received over 1000 reviews of agents submitted to the website
- Showcased over 360 agent blogs, experiences, and offers to travellers
- Added over 400 verified specialist training badges to agent’s profiles
- Uploaded over 350 trade updates, links, and resources to the agent’s area
