The Asia Pacific team of Travel + Leisure Co. was recognised at the recent American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Awards across three prestigious categories.
ARDA is the peak body for vacation ownership in North America and its annual awards program brings international acclaim.
The Asia Pacific team took home three major awards across workplace culture, communications and sustainability categories.
Layla Stoykovich, Travel + Leisure Co. senior manager talent acquisition Asia Pacific, received the Talent Acquisition Professional award.
Based in Port Macquarie, Stoykovich was recognised for strengthening the company’s talent pathways, pioneering leadership development programs and curating seamless onboarding experiences. She also manages a team supporting succession planning and internal mobility across the business.
The Travel + Leisure Co. Asia Pacific PR and communications team was also recognised, winning the global Communications Team entry.
Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay received the sustainability award in recognition of its environmental credentials. The property is managed by Travel + Leisure Co. and recently received a five-star rating under the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Sustainable Tourism Acceleration Rating (STAR) initiative.
Senior vice president human resources and customer experience, Bruce Harkness, said that the company is proud of the achievements on the international stage.
