Travel Vector Index has expanded its partnership with travel technology company Amadeus to represent the Amadeus Demand Side Platform (DSP) across Australia and New Zealand.

This development will enable travel marketers across the region to access Amadeus’ innovative, data-driven solutions to more effectively target high-intent travellers.

Amadeus’ technology is trusted by the global travel and tourism industry and helps destination marketing organizations, airlines, hotels, and other key players to create exceptional traveller experiences. Index Travel Vector Index is Australia’s dedicated travel marketing agency, providing comprehensive marketing solutions to the travel industry.

Through the expanded collaboration with Travel Vector Index, Amadeus’ DSP will now be available to destinations, attractions, and other travel marketers throughout ANZ.

“We are thrilled to represent Amadeus DSP in the ANZ region,” Travel Vector Index managing director Luke Bussell said.

By leveraging data and insights into traveller behaviour, we can help brands more effectively connect with their customers, measure campaign performance, drive actual visits, and maximise return on ad spend.

“Amadeus’ unique attribution capabilities allow destinations to measure the number of visitors who have visited after being exposed to the campaign – this is the “Holy Grail” for destinations as it gives a true measure of campaign success,” Bussell added.

The Amadeus DSP offers extensive global insights into travel behaviours, allowing marketers to accurately address travellers based on their intent and specific destination preferences.

Key benefits of the Amadeus DSP

  • Targeted Reach: Engage high-intent travellers, from destination seekers to attraction enthusiasts, those already considering travel to the ANZ region, those considering travel from ANZ to Worldwide, or those travelling domestically.
  • Advanced Attribution: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns by recognizing confirmed visitors and the specific impact of marketing efforts on travel decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Amadeus’ vast dataset and analytics to drive smarter, more efficient campaigns with measurable ROI.

“Amadeus has always been committed to providing the travel industry with innovative technology to improve the traveller experience,” Amadeus executive vice president, Media Solutions, Hospitality, Scott Falconer, said. “This expanded partnership with Travel Vector Index will allow us to bring our world-class solutions to more travel marketers in ANZ, enabling them to leverage the power of data to engage with travellers like never before.”

This move strengthens Travel Vector Index’s portfolio of travel marketing solutions. In combination with existing CN travel media solutions, the addition of Amadeus DSP gives Travel Vector Index a unique view on global travel, empowering the ANZ travel sector with the tools necessary for smarter, more effective digital marketing.
