TravelManagers Australia is strengthening its offerings under the Corporate Travel Specialists (CTS) brand with the appointment of Josh Halligan as its new corporate growth lead.

Halligan brings extensive experience across travel management, technology and corporate sales, having previously held roles at TAG Group, CONQA and Helloworld Limited.

TravelManagers operations manager, Troy Coelho said that Halligan’s appointment marks an important step in the company’s continued growth.

“Prior to joining CTS, Josh has held multiple senior sales roles in a career that spans both corporate travel and travel technology. His exceptional depth of experience and insight into how technology, date and automation are shaping the future of corporate travel will play a key role in strengthening our corporate offering,” he said.

Halligan says he was drawn to CTS’s unique business model of delivering high-level service to corporate clients by empowering experienced travel advisors to operate their own businesses.

“Our members have real skin in the game,” he said. “They’re not just advisors, they’re business owners. That level of accountability and commitment is incredibly powerful when it comes to meeting and exceeding the needs of corporate clients.”

Corporate Travel Managers is a dedicated division of TravelManagers Australia, driven by a network of personal travel managers across Australia and supported by an award-winning national partnerships office.

Halligan’s focus over the next six months will be on building a pipeline of prospective clients, strengthening CTS’s marketing presence and collaborating closely with TravelManagers’ network of personal travel managers to grow their corporate portfolios.

“Exceptional corporate travel management today goes far beyond booking flights and hotels,” he said.

“It’s about combining technology, insight and human expertise to help organisations unlock the full value of their travel programs.”
