TravelManagers’ operations manager, Troy Coelho, has joined the Accor Luxury Collective (ALC) Advisory Board as the Asia Pacific representative for Australian luxury travel brands.
Coelho attended the inaugural APAC board meeting at Raffles Singapore, one of just three Australian members alongside delegates from across the region.
“This was the first ALC Advisory Board in Asia Pacific,” says Coelho. “We discussed agent roadblocks, booking patterns, and advisor concerns when working directly with hotels. Accor shared updates on luxury brand development and asked how they can better support our personal travel managers. It was about collaborating to deliver curated experiences that reflect each brand and destination.”
The three-day forum focused on connection, collaboration, and the future of luxury and lifestyle travel. Coelho highlighted the value of the Australian market, which is expected to be worth close to $10 billion this year.

“We value our partnership with brands like Accor,” he says. “Being part of the conversation at this level ensures our personal travel managers have a voice in how luxury travel evolves.”
TravelManagers, with its nationwide network of personal travel managers, continues to position itself as a leader in premium travel. Participation in the ALC Advisory Board strengthens its role in shaping the future of luxury and lifestyle travel in Australia and beyond.
