NRMA launched its new in-house desktop reservation systems today, powered by technology firm, Traveltek.
The move includes CRM integration with member validation, as well as an open shopping basket module which allows selling staff to create custom itineraries including GDS and LCC flights, hotels, cruises, attractions and car hire in one single transaction.
“Our new partnership with Traveltek brings a whole new level of technology into our travel business to enhance our members booking experience. The flexibility of the Traveltek product meant we were able to build a very bespoke solution to integrate with our existing membership and finance systems,” NRMA Travel general manager Simon Hughes said.
