TTC Tour Brands has unveiled a renewed Groups Program, rolling out its most significant set of enhancements to date across Scheduled Groups, Custom Groups, Small Groups and Trafalgar River Cruises.
The refresh spans Trafalgar, Trafalgar River Cruises, Insight Vacations, Costsaver and Contiki, and aims to make group travel easier to book, simpler to manage and more rewarding for agents and their clients.
“Travel agents deserve tools that match the ambition of their groups business,” TTC Tour Brands, Oceania senior vice president Andrew Young said. “We’ve listened closely to what advisors need most, and these enhancements allow agents to be more efficient with real-time visibility, faster confirmations and stronger benefits so they can book with confidence, compete on value and deliver experiences their clients will never forget.”
The tour operator will host a webinar, “Group Sales Made Easy with TTC Tour Brands”, on 29 July to walk agents through the enhancements.
The enhancements
Agents will find the biggest changes in Custom Groups, which lets them build fully tailored itineraries for groups of 15 or more guests. TTC Tour Brands builds every itinerary from the ground up around a group’s specific needs, preferences and interests, catering to everything from multigenerational family reunions to affinity groups and special interest travel.
TTC Tour Brands’ dedicated Groups Specialists, who bring more than 50 years of combined experience across guided holidays, custom groups and river cruises, will support agents at every stage of the booking journey. The team acts as an extension of an agent’s business, guiding itinerary planning, quoting, booking management and departure, and helping agents navigate complex group requests.
Across the program, TTC Tour Brands has prioritised faster, more transparent bookings. Agents now get enhanced booking capabilities and improved two-way communication, letting them secure group space more efficiently. The company also locks in group pricing at the time of reservation, giving agents and clients added predictability.
Agents can stack group benefits with in-market offers across TTC Tour Brands’ touring portfolio, sharpening their value propositions and pricing for clients.
For Small Groups, agents can now place holds on groups of nine to ten guests, with extra inventory available on request.
Trafalgar River Cruises has introduced its own enhanced groups offering, featuring stackable offers, group discounts and a new Groups Amenity Points (GAP Points) rewards program.
