Unforgettable Travel Company has announced the appointment of Erin Johnson as group marketing director, reporting to co-founder Graham Carter.
From October 12 2026, Johnson will lead the company’s global marketing strategy across all brands, including specialist luxury Croatia travel company, Unforgettable Croatia.
She brings more than 20 years of travel industry experience, working most recently as group chief marketing officer at Specialist Holidays Group.
Prior to this, Johnson spent more than five years as marketing director for Travelopia’s tailor-made division, overseeing Sovereign Luxury Travel, Citalia Holidays and American Holidays, and three years at Silversea Cruises as marketing director for UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa.
“Erin brings an exceptional combination of luxury travel expertise, commercial insight and experience across both direct and trade channels,” Graham Carter said.
“Her proven ability to position specialist brands, inspire high-value customers and turn strong storytelling into bookings will be invaluable as we continue to grow our brands internationally.
