Unforgettable Travel Company has strengthened its global trade strategy with the appointment of Jesse Lepow as global partnerships director, effective 9 December.
Lepow will lead the company’s newly created global partnerships team, which spans all markets – including Australia – and all brands, such as Unforgettable Croatia. As part of the leadership restructure, Heather Witten has been promoted to global partnerships manager, effective immediately.
The pair will be responsible for driving the company’s rapidly expanding advisor-focused strategy, including:
- Developing and growing strategic partnerships with key industry partners
- Launching a new travel advisor portal in 2025
- Directing joint campaigns and promotions
- Overseeing trade activities such as events, roadshows and famil programs
- Ensuring partners have access to the latest sales tools and collateral
Lepow joins Unforgettable’s leadership team and reports to David Stone, head of global sales. He was previously director of sales at The Muse Collection, following a six-year tenure as director of business development and industry relations at Madrid & Beyond.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Unforgettable Travel Company at such a pivotal time for the business,” Lepow said. “Our relationships with our travel advisor partners around the world are crucial to us and I am excited to help these grow and flourish.”
Witten, who joined the business in 2017 and most recently served as CRM & social manager, said she is looking forward to building deeper relationships across the trade network.
“It’s a privilege to step into this new role, dedicated to supporting our flourishing travel advisor network,” she said. “I’m excited to deepen our valued relationships, improve the way we communicate, and provide genuine support to the partners who power our business.”
Co-founder Graham Carter said the appointments come at a milestone moment for the company.
“Our global travel advisor business has grown from $8 million to $22 million in just two years, which reflects the incredible potential of this channel,” Carter said. “We’re excited to launch our new global partnerships team as we celebrate our 10-year anniversary. Jesse and Heather will play a pivotal role in ensuring we continue to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with agents worldwide, providing the tools they need to sell our product with confidence.”
