The Unique Tourism Collection has been appointed as the Australia and New Zealand sales and marketing representative for the luxury hotel portfolio, Maisons Pariente in France.

The Sydney-based travel and tourism marketing communications specialist will be responsible for sales and marketing activity working closely with industry partners while developing strategic opportunities to drive business from Australia and New Zealand to Maisons Pariente’s collection of elegant and contemporary French 5-star hotels – Crillon le Brave in Provence, Le Coucou in Meribel, Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez and Le Grand Mazarin in Paris – and Le Saint Roch opening in Courchevel 1850 in December 2026.

Maisons Pariente, the vision of Patrick Pariente and joined by daughters, Leslie Kouhana and Kimberley Cohen, presents exquisite boutique hotels in sought-after French addresses, offering a genuine and generous service in harmony with a contemporary and relaxed atmosphere. Throughout each of the properties, fascinating artworks are given prominence as part of the Pariente family passion for supporting renowned and emerging local artists.

“We are delighted to be working with our Australia and New Zealand industry partners in showcasing Maisons Pariente and enticing travellers from both of these key markets to experience the simple and warm luxury hospitality of this beautiful family collection of contemporary hotels located in exceptional French settings,” The Unique Tourism Collection general manager Svetlana Jovanovic said.

Lap of luxury

Crillon le Brave is a luxury sanctuary in a picturesque Provencal village ideally set in authentic natural surrounds of vineyards and olive groves and currently being enhanced to offer 43 stunning rooms and suites, including the popular standalone house, a second swimming pool and spa. The hotel will reopen on 3 April 2026.

Le Coucou is tucked away with a private chalet presenting a chic and relaxed retreat to mountain living, situated at the foot of the Rond-Point des Pistes above Belvedere, looking down on snow-covered peaks dominating an entire valley, with 55 rooms and suites and two private chalets each accommodating up to 12 guests.

Lou Pinet is a haven of peace designed as a private home in the heart of a bustling peninsula five minutes from Place des Lices, heading towards the Pointe des Salins, exuding the charm of yesteryear with its typical southern architecture extending throughout 34 magnificent rooms and suites in a beautiful garden setting.

Le Grand Mazarin is a jewel of elegance in Paris located in the heart of Marais, presenting a fusion of classic French style with poetic flourishes across the 61 beautifully appointed rooms and suites and a sparkling restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine from the Levant.

Le Saint Roch opens in the heart of the Alps in Courchevel 1850 in December 2026. Designed by architects Friedmann and Versace, this exquisite retreat will redefine the art of mountain living. Inspired by the soul of the mountain of Persia and the dachas beloved by Yves Saint Laurent, Le Saint Roch will combine contemporary elegance, noble materials and artistic audacity.
