Uniworld has promoted Jen Pagett to senior manager of key accounts leading partnerships and sales for Uniworld in Australia.
Pagett joined Uniworld in 2017 and has rapidly climbed the ranks to take on a national senior sales role in 2025.
Posting on LinkedIn, managing director Alice Ager said: “I am thrilled to announce the promotion of our superstar Jen Pagett with her new role as senior manager of key accounts leading partnerships and sales for Uniworld nationally in Australia. Jen has worked her way up the ladder at Uniworld from Reservations in 2017 to a national senior sales position on the Uniworld leadership team in 2025.”
As well as Pagett’s promotion, Uniworld also announced a number of other people moves.
Tiffany Mestrinho has been named business development manager for Victoria and Tasmania. Based in Melbourne, Mestrinho brings professional sales experience from the wine industry after a brief stint as a travel agent in 2019-2020.

Uniworld also has an opening for a business development manager QLD / WA in its sales team, replacing Shelley Martin who is leaving at the end of February.
