The Auckland Travel Show is taking place at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) from 9-10 May 2026, providing an opportunity for Australian destinations and travel brands to engage with high-value New Zealand travellers.

Following a successful debut in 2024, the event – produced by Lemongrass Productions, creators of major New Zealand consumer events such as Winetopia and Taste of Auckland – has quickly cemented its place as New Zealand’s leading consumer travel show. The 2026 edition will occupy an additional exhibition hall and host more international presenters and interactive features.

Returning exhibitors include:

  • Rocky Mountaineer
  • Globus Family of Brands (returning as a sponsor)
  • Viking
  • Inspiring Vacations
  • Weka Travel
  • China Travel Services.

New additions for 2026 include:

  • Club Med
  • Scenic & Emerald Cruises

“We’ve seen an incredible response from the trade and consumers alike,” Lemongrass Productions founder Rob Eliott said. “New Zealanders are eager to explore the world again – and Australia remains their number one international destination. The Auckland Travel Show is an ideal environment for Australian tourism operators to re-engage with this audience face-to-face.”

Why exhibit

  • Reach 6,000+ active travellers planning and booking their next holidays
  • Dedicated trade preview on Friday, 6 March 2026, connecting exhibitors with New Zealand travel agents
  • High-impact exposure through national marketing and PR campaigns across print, digital and social media
  • Ideal timing ahead of the 2026 Easter and winter travel seasons.

The Auckland Travel Show welcomes all sectors of the travel industry – from destinations, airlines and tour companies to cruise operators, travel agencies, and adventure or lifestyle brands. Exhibitor opportunities are open now.

For Australian brands, the message is simple: the Kiwis are ready – come and meet them.
