The seasonal menu will be available on Business Class across its Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane–Ho Chi Minh City routes and domestic Vietnam network. Featured selections include steamed pork balls with wood ear mushrooms, braised pork served with rice, red sticky rice with chicken sausage, Hanoi-style chicken noodle soup, vermicelli with chicken and bamboo shoots, and bitter melon soup with fish paste. Passengers can also enjoy traditional Vietnamese desserts such as green rice and lotus seed sweet soup, and lotus seed and longan sweet soup.
