Virtuoso is celebrating a milestone with the release of the 100th episode of its podcast, Thanks for Asking, hosted by Virtuoso director training and professional development, Helen Nodland.
The podcast delivers candid, relevant, and insightful conversations designed to support and elevate Virtuoso travel advisors. Since its launch in 2019, the podcast has grown as a trusted voice and resource for the network with a loyal and engaged following.
Created by Virtuoso advisors, for Virtuoso advisors, Thanks for Asking, offers an engaging forum to explore real-world expertise and best practices from mastering client relationships to embracing evolving technologies, sales strategies, and much more. Advisors generously share their knowledge, making the podcast a treasure trove of ideas and inspiration for others in the network and embodying Virtuoso’s core belief that working together takes advisors and partners further than working alone.
Last year, the podcast expanded its lens to also spotlight Virtuoso preferred partners, offering frontline advisors a deeper look into the stories, values and passions that drive these companies. With an emphasis on the “why” behind each brand’s mission – rather than just the “how” or “what” – the podcast’s mix of conversations with advisors and partners aims to enrich connections within the wider Virtuoso network.
To mark the 100th episode, Nodland welcomed Dennis Pinto, managing director of Micato Safaris and longtime Virtuoso partner, as the featured guest. Pinto shared his family’s remarkable journey from humble farming roots to leading one of the world’s most respected safari companies. The episode also explores Micato’s commitment to community impact and social responsibility – both pillars of the brand’s mission and continued success.
“Thanks for Asking started as a platform for peer-to-peer learning and has evolved into a powerful tool for connection and support,” Nodland said. “We’ve explored everything from operational tips to advisor and partners’ personal journeys. Reaching 100 episodes is a celebration not just of the podcast, but of the spirit of generosity and curiosity that makes the Virtuoso network so unique.”
Available exclusively to Virtuoso members and partners, Thanks for Asking can be accessed through the Virtuoso Travel Academy or subscribed to via major podcast platforms.
